You are entitled to an exchange or refund for regular priced merchandise within 10 days of receiving the delivered item(s).

CUSTOMS, SAMPLES and LIMITED EDITION items are FINAL SALE, NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please email exchange or refund REQUEST to luxurytrashnyc@gmail.com for return APPROVAL and further instructions.

Please note returned merchandise MUST be returned UNUSED, UNWORN, UNSCRATCHED, and in ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Request for exchange or refund after 10 days of delivery, will not be considered.

 

In case of exchange or refund, please note shipping cost will not be repaid.

 

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the product shows signs of wear or has been altered from its original condition in any way.

Refunds will be processed within approximately 3 to 5 business days after we receive your return.
